Y do u guys keep just taking my money!!!! I've bought like $40 worth of bucks and coins now and I'm wanting my money back!! I keep buying my coins and upgrades then it crashes when I try and play so I reopen and everything is gone!! Waste of hard earned $!!!!!

I feel ripped off, I wouldn't have bought 65 bucks for $10 if I known I can't use the xp or refinery cause I'm offline, this is aajor issue and I am really frustrated

why can't I purchase anything. someone please answer. I do have a gift card and not a credit card. Guys... be careful, I had some app access my credit card info and charge over $300 worth of apps. After that I went to purchased cards. I still had some one get that info and Apple refunded that. Be careful and mindful of the apps you have.

This app crashes frequently and the last one resets my brother to nothingness!! Bring in the fixes!!

The game keeps crashing. Keeps saying I am offline. I keeps losing xp and the crystals I've collected when the game crashes. Please fix. I really like the game bu the crashes are frustrating!!!

I have been playing this game now and twice. Bought coins and went to buy new guns and the game crashes and I lost all the money but my level stayed the same. Please fix this so that people will continue to play the game. I would like to either get a refund of my money or get compensated with more coins or bucks for this big inconvenience of having to write this and possibility of going further if no resolution is received.

gun bros is totally fun, unfortunatly is totally unstable also. i really hope you guys fix the crashing problem. as for losing coin goes, when you get your invoice from apple with the coin purchases click on the report a problem. Ive found if you take the time to clearly explain the issue, if apple support can refund the coin price they probly will. Personally apple support has been totally professional and fast. the few times ive had issues with itunes ive got my refund within 24 hrs of reporting.
