Get Help From Glu Via Twitter

We know that sometimes, you need help on a particular game, but perhaps you don't have access to e-mail at the moment. Or maybe you're in need of assistance as quickly as possible.

Well as of today, we are offering gameplay and technical assistance for our current titles via Twitter @GluHelp.

Please keep in mind that assistance may be limited during the weekends but we're here for you Monday through Friday. We'll also make announcements about upcoming updates, including bug fixes and more.

So be sure to add us on Twitter and ask away!

stranded: I cannot complete the bios. I have been searching all over the bc levels and cannot find the remaining eggs and plants. I have been to all the areas during both the day and night. Is there a reason I cannot complete the bios. I need help!! I am totally addicted to this game and am getting so frustrated. Please help.
