Switch your iPhone to Airplane Mode, then it won't crash when playing WSOP!

I cannot run the WSOP app on my itouch. I comes on and fades away. I Have updated everytime there is an update, so I think I am up to date.

My game has stop working 4 almost 1 month now
I have the newest update
but everytime i go to load screen it jumps out

Several times now when accessing multiplayer the 9 player game
Has reached a moment when several players are all in with one player yet to call, and game completely freezes, presumably because asshole is attempting to restate his phone or something to fuck with the game. Has happened a bunch if times and am beginning to lose faith in multiplayer mode. I have also stopped receiving cash bonuses.

How do you turn of push notifications? WSOP is not listed in the Settings program list area!!

When I open the app my chip/$ count is much lower than when I last closed it, it treats all my wins as losses when I open the game, after shutting it, so I have to essentially start from scatch each time i play because the game remembers to deduct the entry fee but not what my final $ level was when I won (it's fine during the session, only changes when I close and reopen at a later point in time

I do not get daily bonuses at all and have been updating my apps every time they show up. I did get the 50k bonuses that were offered in previous upgrades but never gt daily usage bonuses. I did turn on alerts under settings but doesn't seem to help.
Am I alone with this problem?? My husband gets the bonuses and we both have iPhones please help!

@noev - Is your iPhone jailbroken?

Cannot buy second change or more chips.
When logon to itunes it says:
"This is not a test user account in the sandbox environment"

What does it mean and how can I get around it?

@DDavid - You don't need access to a Mac...you can connect/sync your iPhone to any PC or laptop. You can update your OS from there.

I no longer have access to a mac, so pretty much none of these solutions work for me. Can't you just fix the software, or do I call my bank and protest the original charge?

There are two different options that you have at this moment for getting WSOP up and running again. You can update your OS to the latest version 4.0.2 (if you haven’t done so already) which will likely fix the issue as 95% of the complaints are coming from those using OS 3.1.3 (or older). If that still doesn’t work, or you’d rather not update your OS, you can uninstall and reinstall your game which will fix the issue. However, data would be lost. That being said, if you choose to reinstall, we will be assisting users in getting their lost chips back. In order to do so, we require your iPhone’s UDID, which will allow us to gift chips directly to you after the upcoming update.

After launching that app, you will see an option for emailing us (wsop-i@glu.com) your device’s information which we can then use to verify your stats and subsequently send out chips.

So a week ago I posted, stating that I (like many others from this blog) can't load the game we paid for. People have been complaining about this for over a month... why no support Ramon???

Had the same problem with 1.6.3. crashing after update on iPhone 3GS.
Solution: On iOS4 close the game in the multitasking tab, then reboot iPhone. Solved my problem.
But i now do have the issue that i don't receive the daily bonus for the last 2 days... Anyone else having this problem???

I like the game, im on the moto droid and have 2.2. My problem with the game is I show things that are still locked and ive won the main event all the circuit tables to. But it still shows some locked stuff, for instance the Vip game, ive won that but it stills shows locked!

I have been playing this game for a few months now and have enjoyed it a lot. After loading the most recent update(which seemed to be more about inserting ads) to the game I had a few issues. The gameplay seems choppier, the select screens are harder to scroll, also the ad for glu games is right over my avatar(kinda sucks if you want to know what your bankroll is...), and now it will not even start up. It shuts down at the splash screen like everyone else here is describing. Looks like glu has been "fixing" the problem for at least a month now. Cmon guys, you have a great game here, but its no good if it doesn't run.... Really a bummer, I had just started hitting some of the big numbers at the Rio. Guess I gotta get another poker game and forget WSOP.

get same problem. goes to loading then nothing. been like it for a month. updates didnt fix.. tried uninstalling then reinstalling as advised below but now gotta pay for it again!!!

I just updated aug 20 now I cant get past the load screen. Is anyone going to help us out GLU where are you?

I downloaded the 20 aug update and it didn't fix the problem. Any suggestions?

Any news on when the update to mend this will be? Getting kinda p***ed off that something I spent money on just doesn't work any more.

This update for the iPhone doesn't work, either. It fails after the splash. :-(

Got the latest version 1.6.3 - still not working!!

After last upgrade, game dies at splash screen and returns to home screen! Also i just loaded another update - same issue. iTOUCH user.

I also have not been able to load past the splash screen since the last update. I just applied today's update but no change.

Wsop still shuts down as soon as I start to play. I don't understand why. Please help!

Question: I understand this app is on iphone and for android....can someone with this app on iphone play with someone who has android?

@Anonymous, due to limitations from the Android Market, the Android version doesn't include the daily bonuses etc.

@Lenny, we have an update on the way that will resolve that issue.

I've had this app on both the iPhone and Android. On the Android there doesn't seem to be a high stakes mode after winning the main event. There also doesn't seem to be daily bonuses. Am I missing something? Why the missing features?

I recently upgraded to the new version and it won't run past the splash. Any advice?

Just an FYI that we've released the Android update that fixes the Droid X freezing bug.

I have skimmed the comments and see nothing about the cheaters who ruin this otherwise amazing game by collaborating. Please address this issue.

I really like wsop. As an honest player who would never cheat (although it would be easy with my iPhones, iPod and iPad) I am discouraged by the high incidence of cheating by collaboration. Glu must be aware of the problem. It is obvious when 3 or more are working together. Until this is dealt with I will continue to beat these cheaters by going "all in".

How can i fix " failed to connect Error -12"? I get it when I'm trying to play the multiplayer mode after the "entering game..." message.

So loving this game and having got the hang of it i went over to the bit i bought it for mainly, the multiplayer..
But when i click it it loads then cuts to the message:
Connection lost.
Error -7

From someone that plays poker ALOT, you might want to take a closer look at your AI. Especially in the final game arena at the RIO. The stuff I see going on during those games and the beats I take continuously when I'm a 85-95% favorite is absolutely mind blowing. So much so that i actually tracked this site down just to let you know how disappointing the end game is.
