1. ELIGIBILITY: The promotion is open to legal residents of the United States or D.C., ages 21 or older. Employees, officers and directors of AT&T Mobility, LLC, Caesars Interactive Entertainment, Inc. and Glu Mobile Inc. (the “Sponsors”), their respective advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, members of their immediate family (spouses, parents, siblings, children) or household are not eligible to participate. Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, including through a government program, at Harrah’s discretion, or by their own request, are not eligible. Subject to all applicable laws. 2. SCHEDULE: The Promotion begins 12:01 a.m. ET on November 9, 2010 and ends 11:59 p.m. ET on January 31, 2011.
3. HOW TO PLAY: Via Mobile: Use your AT&T iphone to follow instructions to purchase the World Series of Poker Mobile game. You will receive one (1) entry into the promotion for download of the game. Follow game instructions to play the game. You will receive one (1) entry each into the promotion each time you play and one (1) entry for each in-application purchase. Data rates may apply. Via Mail: You may also receive an entry into the sweepstakes without purchase by mailing a 3” x 5” card, including entering your name, age, address, contact phone and e-mail address to World Series of Poker Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 8022, Westport, CT 06888. Entries will be disqualified if they contain any inappropriate material or language, including profanity. You may enter as many times as you want, but each entry must be sent separately. Promotion begins 12:00:01 a.m. ET November 9, 2010, and ends 11:59:00 p.m. ET January 31, 2011 (the “Promotion Period”). All electronic entries must be received by 11:59:00 p.m. ET January 31, 2011. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by January 31, 2011 and received by February 4, 2011.

SELECTION OF WINNERS: Winners will be deemed as follows: one (1) Grand Prize Winner randomly selected on or about February 7, 2011 from all entries received during the promotional period. 11 Weekly Winners (1 each week during the Promotion Period): randomly selected from among all entrants that played the game during each calendar week (Sunday through Saturday). 3 Monthly Winners (1 for each calendar month during the Promotion Period) randomly selected from among all entrants that played the game. The judges’ decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion. The chances of winning Prize depend on the number of entries received for each drawing period.
5. PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for two (2) to The 2011 World Series of Poker Tournament in Las Vegas, NV. Prize consists of: Round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) between Las Vegas, NV and major airport nearest winner’s home; 3-days/2-nights resort accommodations (one room – double occupancy); however, only the Grand Prize Winner will experience the World Series of Poker Seat. All details to be presented upon arrival. (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of trip: $11,500). Grand Prize Winner and travel companion must travel on the same date(s) and on the same itinerary to coincide with World Series of Poker Tournament Schedule, which could change at any time. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all taxes on prize and for all costs not specifically listed above, including meals, gratuities, etc. If any component of the Grand Prize becomes unavailable, Sponsors may award substitute of equal or greater value. Total prize value: $11,899. All taxes and any other expenses not listed herein are sole responsibilities of Prize Winners. 6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Entrants agree to be bound by these Rules. Potential winners will be contacted by phone or by mail. Each potential winner may be required to sign, notarize and return within 5 days of delivery to his/her address an Affidavit of Eligibility, a liability release and a publicity release. Grand Prize Winner and travel companion must sign travel release. Failure to comply when requested may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. By entering, you agree to release Sponsors, and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, and all others associated with the development and execution of this promotion from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this promotion and/or acceptance or use/misuse of the prizes, including but not limited to liability for personal injury, bodily injury including wrongful death or disability, damage to property, and damage or loss of any other kind.
No responsibility is assumed for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, postage-due or illegible submissions or downloads or any failure or unavailability of electronic or telephonic communications; (b) incorrect or inaccurate information, including game scores, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions or downloads; (c) error; omission; interruption; deletion; defect; delay in operation or transmission; communications-line failure, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of any communications; (d) problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines; computers, mobile phones or their carriers; or failure to participate on account of technical problems or traffic congestion; or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any person’s computer or mobile phone related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials; (e) cheating or fraud by any participants or any other persons.
If for any reason any aspect of the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including disruptions caused by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause that corrupts, affects or compromises the administration, security, fairness, integrity, proper conduct or fair play of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual Sponsor deems responsible and Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or any portion thereof, and select winners for the affected events in a fair and equitable manner determined by sponsor in light of the circumstances. Any activities intended to disrupt or interfere with the fair conduct of the promotion, or defraud Sponsor in any way, will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Persons who engage in any of the foregoing activities will be disqualified and will forfeit any prizes won. Promotion materials void if illegible, garbled, tampered with or if they contain errors.
