CovetCon 2022 FAQ

.

You have questions? We have answers! Everything you’ll need to know about CovetCon 2022!

What is CovetCon?

CovetCon 2022 is leveling up to be the best you’ve seen yet! It will be a three-day one-of-a-kind hybrid experience that brings all of your favorite aspects of Covet to life! Expect exclusive sessions with your favorite Covet brands, go behind the scenes with the Covet team, connect with Coveters from around the world, and enjoy a special in-person experience that feels like you’re literally stepping into your favorite game!

When is CovetCon?

CovetCon will take place from July 21st – July 23rd and will run in Pacific Daylight Time. Day 1 and 2 will be held in real time (IRL and virtually), while Day 3 will be all self-serve content available virtually.

Where is CovetCon this year?

We are back live, Coveters! For in-person attendees, meet us in Las Vegas, Nevada at Bally's Las Vegas Hotel and Casino. Can’t make it in person? We will provide an abbreviated online experience through the virtual ticket tier.

What is a hybrid experience?

Through adding a hybrid component, we are able to include more Coveters than ever before! Portions of the in-person ticket will still include some virtual-only sessions to provide a more relaxed experience in combination with in-person sessions.

How much are tickets?

We have two ticket tiers available to purchase. The in-person experience for $150 (plus tax/fees) and the virtual experience for $35 (plus tax/fees).

What’s included in the in-person ticket?

SO. MUCH. STUFF! You will get access to all sessions (both in-person and virtual), select meals, mingling opportunities with your fellow Coveters and Covet team, special shopping promotion, full access to our exclusive CovetCon Lounge, giveaways, and we can’t forget about the swag (both in-person AND in-game)! All travel and accommodations are the sole responsibility of the ticket holder; however, we have secured a discounted rate at our hosting hotel venue (while supplies last).

What’s included in the virtual pass?

You’re going to love the virtual experience! We took the most popular sessions at CovetCon 2021 to provide you with an abbreviated agenda with the content you want, in-game swag, giveaways, opportunities to provide direct feedback on your favorite game, and connection to Coveters from all around the world!

How are tickets allocated?

All tickets will be available to purchase on a first come, first serve basis – so mark your calendars for Friday, May 20th at 12PM PDT when tickets go on sale!

In an effort to ensure all attendees and Covet staff enjoy a safe and exclusive experience, all entrants will go through a pre-screening to ensure certain criteria are met. Covet Fashion reserves the right to revoke a ticket purchase if a user’s in-game and/or in-person behavior is in violation of our Terms of Use or Code of Conduct.

Will tickets sell out?

Because tickets are limited, we are expecting CovetCon to sell out. Mark your calendars, set your alarms, and don’t miss out!

Why is there a limited number of tickets available?

For a number of reasons, we’ve kept the in-person tickets very limited. Our first priority is the safety and comfort of our attendees, and we wanted to provide an experience that isn’t overwhelming as we all gather in-person for the first time since 2019! We also want to make sure each attendee feels heard and has the same opportunity to interact with each other and the Covet team. This also applies for the virtual ticket holders. Online forums can easily get crowded and this will help the Covet team see every piece of feedback and input.

Can I buy tickets for my friends?

In an effort to keep ticket sales as fair as possible, only one ticket is allowed per person.

Ugh! I didn’t get a ticket to CovetCon! Now what?

We will have plenty of opportunities for our community near and far to participate in CovetCon! Be sure to sign up for the waitlist in case additional tickets become available and make sure to be signed up for the waitlist to stay in the loop for all things CovetCon!

Can I attend if I live internationally?

Yes! CovetCon is a global event and we’re happy to have you join us! If you’re interested in attending in-person, we do ask that you pay attention to your local health guidance and travel recommendations.

Can I attend if I’m under 21?

In-person ticket holders must be 21 or older. Covet Fashion reserves the right to remove any individual that is under 21 at the time of CovetCon if you are unable to provide legal proof of age.

What is your refund policy?

All tickets are final-sale, non-refundable, and non-transferable. No refunds or exchanges can be accommodated.

Can I resell my ticket?

We do not allow third-party ticket resale. We will be checking to confirm the identities of the ticket holders and match them with the name associated with the ticket purchase.

How long can I expect each day to run?

We are still piecing together the exact agenda but you can expect the following active hours each day:

1) Thursday, July 21: 9am – 4pm

2) Friday, July 22: 10am – 7pm

a) This is the longest day, but we’ve included a break for you to change for the big closing event – stay tuned for theme!

3) Saturday, July 23: 11am – 11:30am Covet Collective Bootcamp + virtual self-serve content to follow

Will sessions be recorded to view at a later time or do I have to attend all sessions in real time?

There will be a mix of content that is either live, available for a limited time, or pre-recorded. We will be sure to mark which sessions are time sensitive and which you’ll have more time to access!

Do I have to attend all sessions?

We have built a flexible schedule so you can make your CovetCon experience truly your own. If you wish to skip a session and take a little break or see the sights, you are welcome to do so! Just be aware that some sessions and swag opportunities (for in-person attendees) won’t be available at a later time.

I’m going to attend in-person! Where do I fly in to?

Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) – formally known as McCarran International Airport. The hotel is a 9-minute drive from the airport.

Where can I stay?

We have secured a discounted rate with our CovetCon host – Bally’s Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. These rates are limited and available on a first come, first serve basis. You are certainly welcome to stay off-site and extend your stay for a full Vegas experience!

How do I access the hotel discount and what if it’s sold out when I go to make my reservation?

We will share information with you directly via email about how to access these discounts once your ticket purchase is confirmed. If the discounted rate is no longer available, there are endless options on the Las Vegas Strip all in very close proximity!

Will there be meals provided?

Yes! The in-person ticket includes 3-4 meals throughout the experience and snacks all day on Thursday and Friday. We are still ironing out the agenda details, but we will make sure you’re taken care of during the hours of the CovetCon experience. We will have vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available.

What are the Covid requirements in place to help guarantee my safety?

We will comply with the requirements of our hosting venue. Covet Fashion will not be collecting proof of vaccination/negative Covid tests. We will have sanitizing stations set up throughout the event as well disposable masks for your convenience.

What if I’m not feeling good and can’t attend? Do I get a refund?

If you are not feeling well, please stay home and rest! Unfortunately, we are unable to honor refunds but make sure you still get the CovetCon experience virtually!

How will I receive my virtual in-game swag?

Virtual swag will be awarded the week of CovetCon so you can use all the fun items for our special CovetCon mini-set! Please make sure to submit your ACTIVE and CORRECT Covet username that you use regularly. The account you provide during registration will be the account gifted.
